The Development and Education Center at the University of Basra organized a lecture on the methodology of scientific research, unit eight and the final one of the teaching methods course.

The lecture, presented by Dr. Zainab Ali Faleh and Dr. Adi Bashir Issa, included an introduction for trainees to the fields of scientific research, addressing fixed and non-fixed natural phenomena, emotional and sentimental matters that cannot be measured in percentages and are not absolute.

It outlined the steps of the scientific method in research, discussed research ethics, and how to use modern technologies, information resources, computers, and the internet.

It concluded with recommendations for the fundamentals of the teaching profession and the need to advance educational rigor toward global classifications.
