The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra held a course on presentation and technological skills. The course aims to prepare and qualify university leaders from the assistants to the deans of colleges.

The course, presented by instructor Mustafa Amin Sultan, included audience analysis, psychological impact, and how to build a relationship with the audience through storytelling, emotional engagement, professional presentation management, time organization, and slide design in a way that captures attention. It also involved using modern technologies, including tools such as artificial intelligence and augmented reality to enhance the experience.

Communication and interaction, the importance of body language, and strategies for dealing with a diverse audience were also covered. Additionally, there was a focus on assessing and improving key performance indicators and surveys to enhance future presentations.
