University of Basra organizes a course on secretarial and office management

The Development and Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra organized a course on secretarial and office management.

 

The course aims to identify the concept of secretarial skills, types of secretaries, and the tasks and duties of the secretary.

 

The course, presented by teacher Areej Karim Rahman, included the definition of what is secretarial, its specifications and concept, the definition of a secretary, the qualities that must be available in a secretary, the types of secretaries and the work of each of them, private, specialized and public, and the work of all of them.
