The aim of the online workshop, which is presented by Dr. Abbas Abdel Hamid Abdel Abbas, is to highlight the most prominent concepts, characteristics and modern trends of administrative leadership supported by realistic examples in order to provide participants in this course with the leadership skills and abilities necessary to carry out their work and tasks and to achieve them efficiently and effectively.

 The workshop included the concept and importance of administrative leadership in organizations of all different kinds, solving in detail the main problems  and support the answers by realistic examples of the following question:

Who is the leader, and what is the role he plays towards the people he leads?

 The answer in detail and clearly  supported by realistic examples of the following question: The leader and manager are like two sides of the same coin or not?  Or is every manager cinsidered a leader suitable to leadership?

 Similarities and differences between leadership, management, managerial skills, their types, and how to invest them by managers, the most prominent qualities that the leader possesses to effectively and efficiently exercise his role, examples of influential leadership personality drawn from the present and the past and from different environments and cultures.

At the end of the workshop, It was recommended that the concepts, topics and realistic examples that were presented in a clear and practical way  should be taken for granted.  In other words, what has been proposed in the field of work be embodied, especially if we know that there are a good number of participants occupying high-level administrative positions in the institutions in which they work, as well as  the great majority of the participants occupy positions at average administrative levels
