The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra

organized an online workshop about the

administrative process (director jobs).

 The workshop aims to refine the skills of the participating trainees and to enrich them with information related to the administrative jobs that managers practice at all administrative levels within the organization.

 The workshop presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included a detailed explanation of each of the planning functions, Regulation function, control, guidance, and motivation.

 In the end, the recommendation was to focus on enriching the trainees' skills with more recent information and applied cases from the realities of the work of companies and major international organizations regarding the practice of managers in administrative functions
