The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online course about the fundamentals of Total Quality Management.
The workshop aims to instill the concepts of Total Quality Management among the participants to achieve better results and performance.
The workshop presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included a detailed explanation of quality management, customer focus, excellent human resource management, effective processes, common mistakes when implementing quality, the role of leadership, continuous improvement, and development, and change management.
At the end of the workshops, the recommendation was that training the staff and qualifying them by modern means is necessary
