The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop  about strategic planning

 The workshop aims to contribute to state sector development and educational institutions in Iraq.

 The workshop which was presented by the trainer Muhannad Al-Sammak (Training and Development Consultant at the Basra Oil Company) included: the concept of planning and its importance, the planning pillars, the types of plans, strategic planning, and crisis management.

 At the end workshop, it  recommendation was to give importance to strategic planning in all state sectors and educational institutions in Iraq
