The continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online lecture about “The Basics of Total Quality Management”

‏The subjective of the

‏lecture, which is part of the middle administration's course,  to instill the concepts of “Total Quality Management among the participants to achieve better results and performance.

‏ The lecture which was presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included a detailed explanation of quality management, customer focus, excellent human resource management, effective processes, common mistakes when implementing quality, the role of leadership, continuous improvement, and development, and change management.

‏At the end of the lecture, the presenter recommended that training the staff and qualifying them by modern means is necessary
