‎‏  The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop on blended education

‎‏ The objective of the workshop, which is part of a teaching methods course for the teaching staff, is to give the participants an overview of the concept of blended education.

‎‏ The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Rifat Abdullah Jassim, included the definition of blended education, what it is about, its benefits, weaknesses, strategies, and types.

‎‏ At the end, the workshop presenter recommended holding more courses that deal with e-learning are required due to the lack of actual lectures.
