Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop on The Ten Skills that Employers are Looking for within the Rigor project.
The aim of the workshop, which is part of the middle management course, is to clarify the ten skills that any administrative or leadership official or the so-called important skills should possess. The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Refaat Abdullah Jassim, included talking about ten basic skills that leaders and managers should characterize, and the basic components of each of these skills so that they can be trained and mastered.
A the end, the recommendation was that administrative leaders should be trained on leadership skills, which are called soft skills, that enable leaders and managers to perform
their work to the fullest for the benefit of the of their administrative units
