Center at the University of Basra organized an online workshop on Administrative Leadership within the Rigor Project

 The objective of the workshop, which is part of the middle management course, is to highlight in a focused manner the most prominent concepts, characteristics and modern trends of administrative leadership, supported by realistic examples, in order to provide the participants in the course with the leadership skills.

 The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Wamidh Abdel-Zahra Khudair, included the concept and importance of administrative leadership in organizations of all kinds. The answer in detail, clearly and accurately, supported by real examples and the similarities and differences between leadership and management, administrative skills, their types and how to be invested by managers, the most prominent qualities that managers must have.

At the end of the workshop, the recommendation was to make much of  the concepts, topics and examples that were presented in a clear and practical way.  In other words, to materialize what has been proposed in the field of work, especially if we know that there are a good number of participants occupying high administrative positions in the institutions in which they work, in addition to the fact that the vast majority of participants occupy positions in the middle management levels
