The University of Basrah organizes a lecture on the Management of Negotiation Skills and Bargaining within the Rigor Project

 

The Continuing Education and Development

 Center at the University of Basra organized an online lecture on the management of negotiation skills and bargaining within the Rigor Project.

 The aims of the workshop, which is part of the middle management course, are to refine the skills of the joint trainees, and to enrich them with information related to the administrative functions that employees need to practice at all administrative levels of the organization.

 The lecture presented by Dr. Orouba Rashid Ali Al-Badran included the concept of negotiation, and why the employee should learn his skills, conditions, basic rules, methods, important tactics in the negotiation process, characteristics and types of negotiations, principles, and the use of negotiating questions

 In the end, the recommendation was to train the staff, and qualify them according to the latest findings of advanced organizations in the field of modern practices in administrative work, taking into account the specificity of the environment of Iraqi organizations
